The ENDEAVOR from Propel (ENDEAVOR S or PRO) is the SUV to their 4x4 truck. The ENDEAVOR is special: everything that makes it such a capable all - terrain beast simultaneously allows it to be one of the most comfortable boards on the market for neighborhood and city riding. 2 x 6374 Belt - Driven motors combine with a coil - over shock supported independent suspension system, providing loads of torque, speed, and precise agility.

THIS ITEM IS FOR PRE-SALE PURCHASE ONLY. BY PURCHASING NOW, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE THIS ITEM UNTIL IT HAS BEEN RELEASED (INCLUDING ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TIME). 

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY:

Peripheral goods return

Peripheral goods refer to PROPEL EV branded clothing items and parts.

You may return merchandise goods within 7 days of delivery - provided that the goods are not damaged and return in original packaging.  If you are returning an item of the helmet due to incorrect size, PROPEL EV will exchange for the correct size at no charge. You agree to bear any shipping costs in returning the goods.

For these returns, PROPEL EV will provide you with a refund of the paid amount, minus any payment processing fees applied by our service providers.

E-Skateboard Cancellation & Return

Order Cancellation:

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, you may request cancellation of an order within 24hrs of order placement.  The refund will be provided minus a $70 processing fee. 

For pre-orders, delivery dates are estimated and there may be unforeseen delays. Before shipping, you are welcome to cancel your pre-order and there'll be a full refund. 

If you wish to cancel the order once you have received the E-Skateboard or as the E-Skateboard is on its way to you, you must first return the E-Skateboard to us first.  You are responsible for bearing the return shipping cost for cancellations.  If the E-Skateboard is returned in a used or damaged state, we reserve the right to offer a proportional refund at our discretion.

E-Skateboard Return:

If the board encounters technical issues, we will gladly address it with you as per our warranty conditions.  We will not accept returns unless reasonable endeavors have been first made to resolve the issue first.

Should you wish to return the board, you agree to bear the cost of return shipping.  The returned product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging with the original packing slip. A 20%+ restocking fee will be charged on all cash value returns and refunds dependent upon our discretion.

If you refuse to sign the order or the returned goods are damaged, we will deduct the corresponding fees according to the actual loss, and the freight will be borne by you. If the board has been used, we reserve the right to deduct amounts for wear and tear, and/or for broken parts on the board.

To return or exchange a product, please email us at mkt@cycleagle.com. You’ll need to mention your order within your email. A return will require an RMA which you must write on the shipment back to us. You’ll need to mention your order within your email. 

Consumables such as lubricating oil, if you use it, you will not be able to enjoy the return service.

We do not accept returns for "change of mind".

Returns and Refunds can take up to 1-4 weeks but typically are resolved much sooner. Once we receive your items, we will notify you if your request has been approved or denied.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will then be processed through your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Pay attention

All fraudulent chargebacks are investigated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
